Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within a few working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives, or following your instructions, cancel the order.
As you complete your order, in Step 3, you will be given an option of delivery method in the UK:
1. Special Next Day Delivery is insured and guaranteed to be delivered the day after placing an order. The minimum charge is £9.00. We recommend use of this method when ordering boxes of cigars or more expensive accessories. Only orders placed by 1pm are guaranteed to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be sent on Monday.
2. The 1st Class Royal Mail is uninsured and we cannot offer any warranty if a parcel gets lost, damaged or delayed. The minimum charge is £4.00. We recommend use of this method to send a few single cigars, coffee or less expensive accessories.
3. Same day delivery - after 6pm. If you live in London and need the parcel the same day, we may be able to deliver it after our working hours (i.e. after 6pm on working days and after 5pm on Saturdays). This postage is calculated on the basis of your distance from our shop.
Up to 10km: £20
Up to 20km: £25
Up to 30km: £35
We recommend this type of delivery for the heavier items, as this service is likely to be cheaper than the Royal Mail.
