Elie Bleu

The master craftsmen at ELIE BLEU have the reputation of producing some of the finest pieces of woodwork. The patience and detail put into their work, the planing, adjusting, sanding, varnishing and polishing all contribute to the exquisite finished piece.
The wood used in the making of Elie Bleu humidors is cured for at least 10 years and must be uniform and have a fine grain. They have a mulitude of motifs that are created by assembling and gluing together geometrically cut precious woods of varying tones and forms.
Each Elie Bleu latch is fitted together by hand with the aid of small plane to produce that perfect finish.
Finally, numerous fine coats of varnish are applied to every humidor. Their brilliance and transparency are obtained by successively sanding and polishing eight times by hand.
Each Elie Bleu humidor is equipped with analog hygrometer in golden finish and humidity pad (one or two).
