COMPANY AIM – Tomtom Ltd trading as Tomtom Cigars in London
The aim of this company through its shop and website, www.tomtom.co.uk is to allow customers to purchase a very wide range of cigars, cigar accessories and exclusive gifts from London’s pre-eminent cigar store. Tomtom operate as an independent private limited company registered in England & Wales (Registration Number 3404280). We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at shop@tomtom.co.uk before placing an order with us. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms & Conditions have been designed for use within the UK and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the UK, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law should not be purchased from our site by you. A Contract between the customer and Tomtom Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as we receive your order we will send you an email confirming this (email subject heading: ‘RECEIVED – Your Tomtom order’). After payment has been processed and your goods are packed ready for shipping, you will receive another email informing you that this has taken place (email subject heading: ‘CONFIRMED – Your Tomtom order’). In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, your order will be kept pending. We will notify you of the delay. Following your instructions, we will despatch the goods as soon as they arrive, or alternatively cancel the order. When all items in your order have been processed for credit card payment and packed ready for shipping we will then send you an email as described above (email subject heading: ‘CONFIRMED – Your Tomtom order’). If for whatever reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will email you to inform you of this (email subject heading: ‘DECLINED – Your Tomtom order’). If at any time you need to find the status of your order, please email us at shop@tomtom.co.uk with your order number.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 5 days.
RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer exchange or refund on any cigars
ACCESSORIES
If you are not entirely delighted with the product that you have chosen, you may return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt. We will be happy to offer you exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. If we determine that a refund is in order, we will refund you for the cost of the returned products less the shipping and handling fees. The refund will be made in the same form as your payment. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please contact us at shop@tomtom.co.uk before returning any item. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, and Solo. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. We also accept telephone, fax and mail orders. All prices quoted on the website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU), then your sales tax will be deducted from the overall price. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.
EXCHANGE RATES
Our prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Your credit card company should automatically convert the value of your order to your local currency. To find out the current exchange rate for your currency, use the ‘Currency Converter’ on the right hand side of our website. The charge on your account will also vary due to the date of the actual exchange rate applied by your credit card company.
SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY MEASURES
All transactions done through our website are conducted over a secure server certified for financial transactions. All personal information and credit card details are transmitted using 128-bit encryption. Click the padlock icon to view our digital certificate.
DELIVERY
UK DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within a few working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives, or following your instructions, cancel the order. As you complete your order, in Step 3, you will be given an option of delivery method in the UK. You can choose between 1st Class Royal Mail and Special Next Day Delivery. The 1st Class Royal Mail is uninsured and we can not offer any warranty if a parcel gets lost, damaged or delayed. Special Next Day Delivery is insured and guaranteed to be delivered the day after placing an order. Only orders placed by 1pm are guaranteed to be delivered the following day. Special delivery orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be sent on Monday. We reserve the right to substitute other carriers in place of the one chosen by you, if needed.

NON-UK DELIVERY
We deliver cigars to most countries in the world except the USA. USA customers can order any other goodies from our selection of products. There is a range of delivery options dependant on the country the goods are being delivered to. You will be guided through the options for your country as you complete your order. Airmail is uninsured and we do not carry any responsibility in case a parcel gets lost, damaged or delayed. We reserve the right to substitute other carriers in place of the one chosen by you, if needed.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time they were entered on our website catalogue. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
